Race Bike Preparation and Restoration: Unless you strip down your bike after every one or two race meetings then it will inevitably begin to look tired. What I can do is completely strip the bike and rebuild it as new, replacing and maintaining parts as necessary. This often includes:

• Frame straightening

• Replacing or re-greasing all bearings

Engine Tuning and Maintenance: If you are looking for more power or simply want to refresh your engine to maintain peak performance then contact me to see what I can offer.  I charge a standard day rate plus parts, and only carry out work I have the resources to complete to my own high standards. I sub-contract all porting work to a company that has the necessary flow bench and valve seat cutting equipment and don’t take on work unless I have the time to properly see it through. Services include:

• Gas Flowing / Porting
• Valve seat cutting
• Cam Re-profiling
• Cam shaft installation
• Superstock blue printing
• Head skimming
• Engine refresh / maintenance
• Crank case machining
• Kit gearbox installation

4 Stroke Motocross and Quad Engine Servicing  and Tuning: Modern four stroke quad and motocross engines have many advantages over their two stroke counter parts. However if they are not serviced at the relevant intervals then they can be very expensive to repair. Therefore it is much cheaper in the long run to keep on top of the servicing to avoid expensive failures like dropped valves. I can ensure reliability by servicing and inspecting your engine to avoid any nasty surprises. Service parts for these engines are reasonably priced and labour cost are low due to the simplicity of the engine design. If you would like more power from your engine there are many parts available and I can provide the solution to suit your exact needs.

Well Race Ready Industries can provide advice and assistance in your own garage, allowing you to tackle all sorts of jobs at home. So that the next time you need to do it you have the knowledge and experience to make a professional job of it yourself. From brake pad and chain renewal to engine and suspension work, anything is possible with the correct equipment, guidance, and the odd cup of tea.

Data Analysis and Suspension Setup: Over the last three years I have picked up a wealth of experience in data analysis and interpretation of rider feedback. This allows me to work together with the rider and data to improve the handling of race bikes and riding technique.

Engine Management Setup: Engine management systems are becoming more complex each year and every year they become a more critical component in the setup of the bike. Not only can I offer a setup service but I can also train you to further refine the settings yourself.

Technical Development: I work with clients to solve technical problems and improve the all round performance of a bike. This work ranges from tuning and sourcing or commissioning components aimed at improving performance, reliability or ease of maintenance, to fault finding and solving. Technical development is always an ongoing process and it is very rare for a bike to remain the same throughout a season. So if your bike is struggling for performance, reliability or is simply too difficult to work on efficiently, get in touch.

Trackside Assistance: Whilst workshop preparation is the key to good results, it’s also important to make sure that your efforts are not wasted by poor performance in the pit. Collection And Delivery Service: If you haven’t got time to deliver your bike to the workshop in Bridgwater, Somerset, you can now have your bike picked up and delivered home again.
